Saturday, October 17, 2026, Tulsa time (CDT): registration/check-in opens at 9 a.m., the opening ceremony begins at 10 a.m., the approximately one-mile walk starts at 10:30 a.m., and the event ends at noon. The Children’s Heart Foundation describes this family-friendly gathering as a fundraiser for congenital-heart research. Registration is free and fundraising is encouraged; register through the organizer. The walk is rain or shine, with severe-weather updates on the organizer’s website. These are public event hours, not volunteer shift times.
