Tulsa Has a Free Puppet Workshop at a Brewery Thursday Night
Green Country Puppetry is bringing puppet-making to Dead Armadillo Brewery’s Boneyard at 7 p.m. October 8.
Original editorial illustration of a brewery full of puppets, used as a playful conceptual visual for the Dead Armadillo puppet workshop story.

Thursday night at Dead Armadillo Brewery comes with puppets.

Green Country Puppetry is hosting a free puppet workshop at 7 p.m. October 8 in the brewery’s Boneyard at 1004 E. 4th St.

The event is advertised for all skill levels, so prior puppeteering experience is not part of the assignment.

The event flyer does carry a PG-13 warning for “fowl language” and “feather-ruffling humor.” Puppeteers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

No ticket price to weigh. No elaborate plan required.

Just an unusually Tulsa way to spend a Thursday night: go to a brewery and learn what happens when somebody puts a puppet in your hands.
