The October 17 Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bash combines character encounters, themed activities and timed ticket entry.

Tulsa Botanic Garden is making room for fairy-tale characters alongside the plants on Saturday, October 17.

The ticketed Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bash is built around a trick-or-treat trail through the garden, with character encounters, craft stations, themed games and photo opportunities. The event organizer advertises a dozen or more princess and villain characters, along with a pumpkin-patch experience and garden admission.

Entry is sold by time slot, and the standard and Royal VIP tickets are different experiences. VIP admission adds extra character time, face painting, a show and other advertised extras. The organizer requires each ticketed person in a party to have the same admission level.

The organizer lists general admission at $36.50 including the booking fee and VIP admission at $63.50 including the fee as of October 9. Children 12 months and younger enter free; older guests require tickets. Guests under 16 must stay with a ticketed adult.

The event is at 3900 Tulsa Botanic Garden Drive. The ticketing page has current arrival slots and prices. The event is outdoors; its terms provide for postponement in unsafe weather and do not offer refunds for weather postponements.
